MEET THE TEAM
Owners
Troy and Micah Wallace took over The Salon at Wellington Arms in 2013 and have transformed it into the temple of beauty that it is today.
The happy couple share their lives, their work, and their passion and have poured all three into The Salon at Wellington Arms.
Troy Wallace
Troy is a true artist in every sense of the word. Each and every one of his clients are his masterpieces.
Ask any of his fabulous clients, and they’ll tell you his artistry will transform your look and help you show the world the best version of yourself.
Micah Wallace
Take a seat in Micah’s chair, and let him enchant you with his charisma, warmth, and humor.
Micah likes to get to know his clients well, so that he can find the look that unveils the beauty that is uniquely you.

Alan is a legend in the Lexington beauty industry, and we are proud to have him on our team.

Claudia Pelayo
When you call to book your appointment at The Salon, the lovely, friendly voice you’ll hear on the line will be our own Claudia Pelayo.
Claudia originally hails from Guadalajara Jalisco, Mexico and attended school in Woodford County and college in BCTC Lexington.
She is the proud mother of her two children, Bryan, 18, and Jherson, 17.
Claudia is the one who manages to keep the never-ending soiree at The Salon organized and on-time, and we are so very grateful.
Oliver & Elliott
Of course, the real stars of the show are our dynamic duo, Oliver and Elliott. They can often be found in the arms of our clients and lounging in luxury around The Salon.
Sadly, Oliver and Elliott are not taking appointments at this time, but we’ll let you know the second that changes.
